Pakistan Home Tuition (“PHT”, “we”) arranges home tutors for families in Lahore. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Parents: name, WhatsApp number, area/address, student class and any optional details you choose to share (e.g. subjects, timing, budget, email).
• Tutors: Google account email, contact numbers, CNIC number, qualifications, teaching details and uploaded documents (CNIC images, degree/transcript, CV, photo).
• Contact form messages and basic technical data such as IP address (used for spam prevention).

How we use it

• To understand tuition requirements and match students with suitable tutors.
• To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your request or registration.
• To verify tutors' identity and qualifications before they are considered for matching.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (Meta Pixel), where enabled.

Who can see your information

Your information is visible only to authorised PHT staff. Tutor documents are kept in private storage and are never published. When we propose a tutor, we share relevant profile details with the parent and relevant requirement details with the tutor.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and private storage with short-lived access links. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Retention and your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
